Naylor Love currently use Ideal Construction for a varity of works, mainly for Carpentry contracts throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Ideal has branches in both Regions which is a big advantage for us as we can use one company to cover a broader spectrum. The Ideal team have well skilled staff and always get the task done to our satisfaction. Ideal have taken on extra Health & Safety to meet our requirements and have appointed a H&S manger covering both regions. We find Ideal give ongoing staff training and and support to meet industry standards and can supply a full range of Labour right up to site managers. Naylor Love Construction
We approached Deane at Ideal and asked them to design us a specific home that we had in mind. Deane understood completely the vision we had and designed the house exactly the way we wanted it, first time. With a couple of small adjustments to the plan we were soon building. Deane suggested recycled flooring in the kitchen and dining areas and they sourced some old heart Rimu floorboards from the old Auckland Womens Hospital and installed them to the bathrooms and laundry areas as well, it has turned out amazing and really suits the style of the home. The builders and sub-contractors were good guys and were very accommodating to the changes we made during the building process. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or a better team of builders.
